It seems a woman from East Texas is making a fortune off of less-than-smart people who are shopping for kids horses. After signing a contract with buy-back agreement and making a ton of promises (coggins/health papers, etc) for a bomb-proof laidback horse that she's owned and ridden for five years or so, she is scamming people by delivering them a wild, ill-mannered horse that doesn't even match its online ad.

Don't get taken by this woman, Patricia Wilson, or anyone else like her. Be a good buyer and go LOOK at the horse, RIDE it, and make sure you're getting what you're paying for!

Yeah, I sort of think that anyone who would buy a horse without checking it out first is just asking for trouble. Even with a contract or whatever, you still need to physically see the horse unless you personally know and TRUST the seller.
