Hi, folks. Glad I found you! I'm wanting to learn all I can and don't have a horse yet, but it's always been my dream to own one. My aunt is a trainer, and I get to watch her and ride sometimes, so I'm gradually learning.

Looking forward to talking with you guys!

Hi, Trixie - where are you from. Do you know what breed of horse you're looking to get? There are tons of horses out there that are in need of a good home, so you shouldn't have a problem finding one that will fit you the best....

Welcome!!!

Thanks, everybody. Brandi, I live in Tennessee and my favorite breed is Quarter Horse. I think Arabians are really beautiful. I plan on saving my money and maybe buying a horse that my aunt can train for me or help me train. Yes, there are some low-priced horses I see now and then, but for me the board and cost of owning one is something I will have to save up for.

Until then, I just want to learn everything I can so I'll be better prepared. I appreciate all of your thoughts, input, and advice on anything you can teach me!
